IT Manager

·         Develop innovative IT solutions that improve the efficiencies and performance of the automations networks critical to the conduct of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) mission.  Designed and implemented Project Management Office (PMO) policies, procedures, and tools; to include the approved enterprise IT project lifecycle, scoping and risk assessment methodologies, and management, tracking and reporting policies and templates.  Also provide program management oversight and process maturity for acquisitions and logistics branch.

United States Central Command (USCENTCOM)                                                    Oct 2007 – Oct 2008

Project Manager

·         Developed a Test & Integration Lab for the USCENTCOM Headquarters capable of providing engineering, testing, and analysis functions vital to successful deployment and operations of new technologies.  Lead a centralization, consolidation, and redesign effort to redeploy numerous disparate and independently operating systems into an environment that better mimics real-world production scenarios; while at the same time saving the command more than $14K per month.

·         Provided senior-level project management support to the Project Management Office (PMO) by performing cradle-to-grave management of numerous IT initiatives: IT Portfolio Management (IT PfM)—using Primavera ProSight 7.0, Host Based Security System (HBSS), CENTRIXS to DISA Consolidation (DECC-C).

·         Chief Project Manager of a $3M Enterprise Document Imaging and Workflow Management System.  Provided project leadership to 24 subordinate project managers while driving the overall success of the wide-scale IT overhaul in one of America’ premier healthcare institutions.

·         Provided consultation services for Management, assessment, process reengineering, and training; as well as IT and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) including ROI analysis, partner procurement, contract negotiation (SOR/SOW), pilot operations, go-live & roll-over, and post execution review.

·         Facilitated and executed successful Application Service Provider (ASP) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) business models for the Market Research Industry; delivering $1.2M in MSP (hosting) revenues and $6M in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and ASP products and services.  Established 2 Network Operation Centers (NOC) and managed their implementation and operations.

·         Led rescue efforts and overhauled regional technical support operation; improving customer satisfaction through sound leadership and the employment of Support Center Practices (SCP).

·         Engineered, developed, and managed automation tool products such as mrSupport—a High-Speed Telephony Server configuration and inventory management application; Real-time Status Monitors (Command Center), Load Management (Traffic Cop), and Project Activity Manager (PAM).
